Detroit’s own gutsy female vocalist!
Shelley has enough charisma, strength, and motown heart and soul to hold her audiences in the palm of her greasy mechanic hands! A prolific song writer and an amazing self taught guitar player.
Her lyrics and music intertwine a bluesy hard rock style with a mix of southern rock thrown in.
Her power house voice has an astonishingly eerie tone that sets a mood of magic and passion that warms the goose bumps and takes what appears to be conviction on an exciting ride of freedom.
Her other talents include playing banjo and dobro (slide guitar).
Shelley has played from coast to coast…
She has been on stage with the likes of Calvin Cooke, Billy Davis, Stoney Curtis, Chris Tofield, and many more.
Shelley has been featured in the Horseback Street Choppers Magazine (48 states nationwide) in 2001 for building her first chopper motorcycle and then again in 2003 during her travels beginning her music tour.
In 2009 she had a write up for the No Cover Music Magazine at the California NAMM Show.
In 2010 Shelley was asked to play a few rallies in Santa Rosa, NM and North Carolina for The Horseback Street Choppers that she was featured in.
She has also been featured in US Riders Magazine in the Carolina’s.
In her free time she visits the women’s shelter in Nevada to play for them. She has visited 22 states during her travels and knowing the process of writing a book on her experiences.
She is a 98% journeyman painter of 20 years using that to pay her way from state to state.
She is starting a new CD at Rustbelt Studios working with Al Sutton as his words are “She is like a female Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash”.
